Finally the BEACH

So midterms are over (thankfully) actually they weren't too bad (but it is still nice to have them over)! Practice is still....well....practice and it gets more interesting every day, with the sprints, lifting, injuries, hitting, and just the dynamics on the team. One day in the weight room there was a little tiff, two of the boys got into a fight, we got kicked out of the weight room...not to mention, the two boys are roommates and we were all worried about the running the next day at practice. Some how a miracle happened, and there wasn't running really, at least not anymore than usual.
School is still going well, the small class sizes are nice. The other day I had to talk to my english professor. I went to his office and he welcomed me in, having a seat and told me about a phone call he just recieved, and asked how I was doing and liking Hawaii. A very personable visit. The point of the visit was to ask him if there was any way I would be able to take a test at a different time because of a flight and he told me I could change the test date to whenever I would like. Successful!!
The weather is changing and what I mean by 'changing' is, it rains SO much more. Everyday we can count on some sort of storm and we prefer it to be either before two or after five. This weekend was fun, Summer, Shawni and I went to the beach. It used to be a regular thing, but the rains have come. It has been raining for the last two weeks, and while cooler weather (70) is appreciated, I have missed the sun. We went to get Acai Bowls by Shark's Cove, layed out forEVER and then we went into Haliewa and had the world's BEST burgers at Kua Aina, then onto Turtle Bay for some jacuzzi. It was nice and realxing and warm!!
I love getting on here and reading everyone's blogs, it helps me feel like I still know what is going on, and you all know how I like to know that type of stuff. To put it how Jack would say it "Africa is far away. Just come to America". I realized that Hawaii is pretty dang far, and any
update about anything is WELCOME!!!!!

I know what you mean about the weather changing. Has it drowned out the campus yet?! It looks pretty cool when the vehicles are trying to surf through the water. I'm glad practice is going well and midterms are over.
