Geneology...I'm Doing it!!!!!

My calling in my ward at school is a family history worker...I will admit, when I first got the calling, I thought, "ummm...am I sixty or older?" I then realized that I may actually enjoy this new calling. I made up my mind to be positive about it, and I am absolutely LOVING it. I have spent many nights with my 'dead people' rather than my living family. I got the calling right before Christmas Break, so I was excited to come home and have some excellent help in my home ward, THANK YOU so much Sister Maughan! Also, my Grami has the membership with ancestry.com which has made my life tremendously easier. Grandma G also has lots of stories that make the people interesting. I think it is really cool when I find someone and add them to the temple ordinances list. I had my first list of 15 or so names go into the temple to be printed and I was EXTATIC!! I still am. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! what I love most is most of the people I am finding are FEMALE so I get to do LOTS of baptisms!!

Organized chaos....I really do know what everything in each pile is. I am now on family group #7!
Keeping track of the names I think will be key.
