Lame Fourth

This picture is looking right outside my dorm into our courtyard. It was pouring rain, but you can't really see the rain.
I realized I didn't really have any pictures of the school.
Enter to Learn, Go forth to Serve
This boat is the Iosepa, I don't really know the significance of it but it gets sailed around the islands and it has a resting spot at the Polynesian Culture Center. The president also has an Iosepa cup that it gets raced in.

So this had to be the LAMEST fourth of July I think I have ever had. Yesterday my friends tried to come find me to go to the beach, but I was playing tennis. Then i went to the beach for a couple of hours, got some sun which was nice. Then I came back, had a pretty good cafeteria dinner(ravioli) and missed the last shuttle to Turtle Bay Resort for fireworks. We walked to the local grocery store Foodland, got some stuff, then walked out to the point thinking we could see the fireworks from there. Little did we know, we couldn't really see ANYTHING!! It was a good night I guess, we did our nails and just hung out. We were bummed we couldn't go anywhere because the rumor going around campus was that the buses weren't running on the fourth, but they were going to be running on Sunday. They were running all day, but  we didn't find out until 12:30.
